What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa/Mastercard credit cards only. Online physical gift cards are purchased via PayPal.

BONUS + PROMOTION CARDS

Bonus gift cards are available as E-Gift only, and may be issued with an expiration date.

DO THESE CARDS EXPIRE OR HAVE ANY FEES?

Purchased Gift Cards do not expire. There are no fees charged to the customer for any type of Gift Card.

WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

E-gift cards are delivered via e-mail. 

I'm unable to check the balance on an older concorde gift card.

ARE GIFT E-CARDS REFUNDABLE?

Once the e-gift card has been e-mailed, it is non-refundable. If the intended recipient does not receive their e-card or accidentally deletes it, please contact giftcards@concordegroup.ca

Max limit of $1500 for each e-gift transaction.

CAN I USE E-GIFT AND PHYSICAL GIFT CARDS AT OTHER CONCORDE GROUP VENUES?

Absolutely! You can use e-gift and physical gift cards at any of our Concorde Group locations across the country (excluding event payments, Wildhorse Saloon, National Saloon, Palomino and the Palace Theatre).
