We accept Visa/Mastercard credit cards only.

DO THESE CARDS EXPIRE OR HAVE ANY FEES?

Purchased Gift Cards do not expire. $20 promotional card expires July 31, 2026.
There are no fees charged to the customer for any type of Gift Card.

WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

ARE GIFT E-CARDS REFUNDABLE?

Once the e-gift card has been e-mailed, it is non-refundable. If the intended recipient does not receive their e-card or accidentally deletes it, please contact giftcards@concordegroup.ca

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON PURCHASING CARDS?

Max limit of $1500 for each e-gift transaction.

CAN I USE E-GIFT CARDS AT OTHER CONCORDE GROUP VENUES?

Absolutely! You can use e-gift and physical gift cards at any of our Concorde Group locations across the country (excluding corporate events, Wildhorse Saloon, National Saloon, Palomino and the Palace Theatre).
